How do I merge multiple accounts?

Having multiple accounts can be a hassle - especially when accumulating points and keeping track of your orders. Want to merge multiple accounts under your name into a single account? Get in touch with our Customer Service Team here, and select the concern as 'Merging of Accounts'.

Please also provide the following information:
- Account Numbers/ Email Addresses/ Mobile Numbers used
- Your preference for which email address you wish to retain as the active account

Worried about your Beauty Pass Points when merging accounts?
When accounts are merged, the points you have accumulated from the inactive account(s) will be added into the active account. Please give about 48 hours for the successful merging of accounts.
